Prices on Yellsy are sourced from live third party APIs and may change between the moment they are displayed and the moment a booking is confirmed. Yellsy LLC is a technology platform and an intermediary — not a travel agency, airline, or lodging operator. Please read this page carefully before making any travel decision based on information displayed on the Platform.
This Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Notice applies to all users of the Yellsy platform at yellsy.com ("Platform"), whether browsing as a guest, registered as an individual user, or accessing the Platform as a corporate client. This notice is incorporated into and forms part of the Yellsy LLC Global Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, this notice prevails with respect to liability matters.
1. Platform Nature and Intermediary Status
Yellsy LLC ("Company", "we", "us") operates an automated travel search and booking aggregation platform. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. We act exclusively as a software intermediary and technology infrastructure provider between you and the travel suppliers whose inventory we surface.
Yellsy LLC does not own, operate, manage, charter, or control any of the following:
All travel packages, flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and transfer arrangements displayed on the Platform are fulfilled directly by our third party travel partners (collectively, "Travel Suppliers"). Your contract for the actual travel services is with the Travel Supplier or the operating carrier, not with Yellsy LLC.
2. Warranty Disclaimers
All content, pricing data, availability information, accommodation descriptions, flight schedules, and other information displayed on the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yellsy LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, some of the exclusions above may not apply to you. See Section 14 for jurisdiction-specific consumer rights.
3. Live Pricing and Data Accuracy
Yellsy LLC retrieves pricing and availability data from third party travel APIs in real time. This data is dynamic and changes continuously based on airline revenue management systems, hotel yield management algorithms, and supplier-controlled inventory systems. Yellsy LLC does not set, control, or guarantee any displayed price.
Price volatility
A price displayed during your search session is not a binding offer and is not guaranteed to be available at the time you proceed to checkout. Prices may increase, decrease, or become unavailable in the time between display and booking confirmation.
Metadata accuracy
Hotel descriptions, star ratings, property photographs, amenity lists, and room specifications are provided by our Travel Supplier APIs and have not been independently verified by Yellsy LLC. These details may not reflect current conditions at the property.
Flight schedule data
Departure and arrival times, layover durations, aircraft types, and airline code-share information are sourced from supplier systems and are subject to change. Always verify your itinerary directly with the operating carrier before travel.
4. Exclusion of Operational Travel Liability
Yellsy LLC bears no legal or financial responsibility for operational incidents, disruptions, injuries, property damage, or any other loss that occurs during the physical execution of a travel itinerary booked through the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:
Aviation disruptions
Flight cancellations, technical delays, missed connections, denied boarding, baggage loss or damage, labor disputes, or the bankruptcy or insolvency of any operating carrier.
Accommodation deficiencies
Property overbooking, unauthorized room substitutions, structural renovations or construction during your stay, amenity closures, utility failures, poor service standards, or any damage to your property occurring at a lodging facility.
Ground transportation failures
Driver non-arrival, vehicle capacity disputes, delays caused by traffic conditions, or any accident or injury involving a ground transportation operator whose services were booked through our platform.
Supplier insolvency
Financial failure, administration, or liquidation of any Travel Supplier after a booking has been confirmed and payment has been transmitted to that supplier.
Your recourse for operational issues
For issues that are the direct responsibility of a Travel Supplier, your recourse is against that supplier under their contract of carriage or booking terms. In the European Economic Area, EU Regulation EC 261/2004 provides statutory compensation rights for flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding that you may exercise directly against the operating carrier, regardless of how your ticket was purchased. 5. Auto-Book Feature Specific Limitations
The Yellsy price monitoring and auto-book feature allows you to configure automatic booking triggers based on price thresholds. By enabling this feature, you explicitly accept the following limitations:
Review your auto-book configuration carefully before activating it. You are responsible for monitoring and disabling the feature when you no longer wish for bookings to be made automatically on your behalf.
6. Data Entry and User Error Risk
Yellsy LLC is not responsible for any financial loss or travel disruption resulting from inaccurate information entered by the user during the booking process. You are solely responsible for verifying that all traveler details submitted through the Platform are correct before confirming a booking.
Name errors
Passenger names must match exactly the name shown on the government issued travel document that will be presented at check-in. Misspelled names may result in denied boarding. Name correction fees, where offered by the carrier, are the user's responsibility.
Document details
Passport numbers, expiration dates, nationalities, and dates of birth must be entered accurately. Incorrect document information may result in denied boarding, visa rejection at the destination, or advance passenger information filing errors.
Connectivity issues
Network interruptions or browser sessions that time out during the booking checkout sequence may result in incomplete transactions. Yellsy LLC is not responsible for charges that result from incomplete transactions or for the loss of a booking that was abandoned due to connectivity issues on the user's end.
7. Platform Availability and Technical Disruptions
Yellsy LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the Platform and its monitoring services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service may be temporarily unavailable or degraded due to:
Yellsy LLC is not liable for missed price opportunities, failed auto-book triggers, or any other loss that results from periods of Platform unavailability, regardless of the cause. Price monitoring may be interrupted during these periods without notice.
8. Currency, Taxes, and Ancillary Fees
Prices displayed on the Platform may be presented in a reference currency that differs from the currency in which your payment is processed or the currency your bank will charge. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider or bank, and Yellsy LLC has no control over the exchange rate or any foreign transaction fee applied to your payment.
Unless explicitly stated during the booking checkout sequence, displayed prices may not include: airport taxes and charges, government-imposed travel levies, destination entry fees, baggage fees, seat selection fees, in-flight meal costs, travel visa fees, or any other ancillary charges applied directly by the carrier or accommodation provider.
Yellsy LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of tax or fee estimates where those amounts are calculated by the Travel Supplier and passed through to the Platform without modification.
9. Visa, Health, and Travel Safety Requirements
Your responsibility — not ours
Yellsy LLC does not provide visa advice, immigration guidance, health and vaccination requirements, travel safety warnings, or any other travel advisory services. It is your sole responsibility to research and comply with all entry requirements, visa conditions, health documentation obligations, and safety considerations for your destination and transit countries.
Visa and immigration
Entry requirements, visa on arrival eligibility, electronic travel authorization requirements, and passport validity rules vary by nationality and destination and change without notice. Check with the official embassy or consulate of your destination country.
Health and vaccinations
Required and recommended vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis, and health documentation requirements must be verified through your national health authority and the destination country's official health guidance.
Travel safety
Government-issued travel advisories and safety ratings for specific destinations should be consulted before booking. Yellsy LLC does not monitor or relay travel safety warnings and does not modify our booking availability based on official advisories.
Transit requirements
Some itineraries involve transit through countries that impose their own entry conditions on transit passengers, even where you do not intend to leave the transit area. Verify all transit requirements for every country on your itinerary.
10. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances
Yellsy LLC is not liable for any failure or delay in platform performance, booking execution, or refund processing that results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, government-imposed travel bans or border closures, industrial action affecting carriers or infrastructure, or cyberattacks that disable our platform despite reasonable security measures.
Where a Travel Supplier cancels a booking or issues a credit or voucher in lieu of a cash refund as a result of extraordinary circumstances, Yellsy LLC will transmit whatever resolution the supplier provides to you and will waive any platform handling fee associated with that refund process. We cannot, however, compel a supplier to offer a cash refund where they are legally permitted to issue a credit or voucher, and we are not financially responsible for any gap between what the supplier provides and what you consider adequate compensation.
11. No Travel or Legal Advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes travel advice, financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional advice. Information about destinations, flight routes, accommodation options, and travel conditions is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified travel professional, immigration lawyer, physician, or financial advisor.
Yellsy LLC does not endorse any specific carrier, hotel property, vehicle provider, or destination. The display of any Travel Supplier's inventory on the Platform does not constitute a recommendation of that supplier's services. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before committing to any travel booking.
12. External Links and Third-Party Content
The Platform may display links to external websites, including Travel Supplier booking confirmation pages, government immigration portals, and airline or hotel management sites. Yellsy LLC has no control over the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or security of these external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk, and Yellsy LLC is not responsible for any loss or harm that results from your use of a third party website reached through a link displayed on our Platform.
The display of a Travel Supplier's logo, name, or pricing content on the Platform is provided under commercial partnership arrangements and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation between Yellsy LLC and that supplier beyond the commercial agreement required to display their inventory.
13. Limitation of Financial Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yellsy LLC, its founders, officers, employees, agents, and technical infrastructure partners shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or whether Yellsy LLC had been advised of their possibility:
Financial liability cap
Should any court of competent jurisdiction find Yellsy LLC liable for a claim related to a specific booking, our total aggregate liability for that claim shall not exceed the Yellsy LLC service fee or markup component collected in connection with the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14. Mandatory Travel Insurance Recommendation
Strongly recommended for all travelers
Because many of the travel packages available through Yellsy are priced at consolidated wholesale rates that are nonrefundable or subject to significant cancellation penalties, Yellsy LLC strongly recommends that all users purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy from an independent insurer before confirming any booking. A suitable policy should cover, at minimum: trip cancellation and interruption, medical emergencies and evacuation, baggage loss and delay, and supplier insolvency. Yellsy LLC does not sell travel insurance and is not an insurance intermediary. The selection of an appropriate policy is your responsibility alone.
15. Jurisdiction-Specific Consumer Rights
Some jurisdictions provide consumers with statutory protections that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. The exclusions and limitations in this Disclaimer apply only to the fullest extent permitted under the law that governs your use of the Platform. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to override any mandatory statutory consumer protection right that you hold under applicable law.
European Economic Area
EU consumers retain statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Directive, and other applicable EU legislation. EU Regulation EC 261/2004 provides specific rights against airlines for flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding that are separate from and unaffected by this Disclaimer.
United Kingdom
UK consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, where applicable. These rights are not affected by any limitation in this Disclaimer.
United States
Consumers in certain US states, including California, may have additional rights under state consumer protection law. California consumers have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable consumer fraud statutes.
Australia
Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) which may override some of the exclusions in this Disclaimer.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Notice is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which Yellsy LLC is formally registered as a corporate entity.
Users located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom acknowledge that mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in their jurisdiction takes precedence over this governing law clause to the extent that such legislation provides rights that cannot be waived or excluded by agreement. Both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through direct written communication before initiating formal legal proceedings.
17. Modifications to This Disclaimer
Yellsy LLC reserves the right to update, correct, or expand this Disclaimer at any time by publishing a revised version at this page. Material changes will be signaled by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email in advance.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised Disclaimer constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should cease using the Platform and may contact us to close your account.
