Yellsy integrates with third-party services for search, booking, and payment. Your contracts for travel services are directly with the travel providers.

4. Auto-Book Accuracy

The auto-book feature monitors prices and initiates bookings when configured thresholds are met. Yellsy does not guarantee that auto-book will execute within any specific timeframe, that the exact price displayed at configuration time will be available at execution time, or that the booked itinerary will match your preferences in all details. Review auto-book settings carefully before enabling.

5. Uptime & Availability

Yellsy makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Price monitoring may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows, infrastructure failures, or third-party API outages. We are not liable for missed price drops or missed bookings during such periods.

6. External Links

Yellsy may display deep links to travel provider booking pages. These links lead to third-party websites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of information on third-party websites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yellsy SAS disclaims all liability for: losses arising from reliance on price information; costs incurred due to booking errors; consequential losses from service unavailability; or decisions made based on Yellsy's price monitoring data. Our total liability is limited as stated in our Terms of Service.

8. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. EU consumers retain statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
