This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Yellsy platform. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You may not use scripts, bots, crawlers, or any automated tool to access, query, or interact with Yellsy except through officially documented APIs with our written permission.
You may not collect, copy, or redistribute price data, search results, or any other content from Yellsy for commercial purposes.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits. Each person may hold one account.
You may not create fake accounts to generate referral commissions, use automated means to simulate referrals, or engage in any scheme to artificially inflate commission earnings.
You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, conduct denial of service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the operation of Yellsy.
You may not use Yellsy in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
You may not impersonate Yellsy employees, support staff, or other users.
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercialise access to the Service without our written consent.

We monitor usage patterns for compliance. Violations may result in:

5. Reporting Violations
Report suspected AUP violations or security vulnerabilities to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly. Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities is welcomed.

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with 14 days' notice.
