Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026 · Yellsy LLC
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may interact with the Yellsy platform. It exists to protect the integrity of the service, the security of all users, and the legal obligations we hold toward our technology partners. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action depending on severity. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope and Who This Applies To
This policy applies to every person or entity that accesses or uses the Yellsy platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, referral partners, and affiliate members. It covers all interactions with the Platform, including but not limited to the website at yellsy.com, our automated booking assistant, our mobile interfaces, and any API connections we may make available.
By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you agree to comply with this policy in full. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you accept this policy on that entity's behalf and represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. Age Requirement
The Platform is intended for use by adults only. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account, make a booking, or subscribe to any plan on Yellsy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Yellsy LLC does not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. If we become aware that a registered user is under the age of eighteen, we will suspend the account immediately and cancel any active subscription. Travel bookings placed through such an account will be subject to the cancellation and refund rules described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Permitted Uses
The following uses of the Platform are explicitly authorized and encouraged. We want Yellsy to be a genuinely useful tool for your travel needs.
If you are unsure whether a specific use case is permitted, contact us at contact@yellsy.com before proceeding. We respond to use-case inquiries within three business days.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited. This list is not exhaustive. Yellsy LLC reserves the right to determine whether conduct not listed here constitutes a violation based on the spirit and intent of this policy.
You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, web spiders, or any automated tool to access, query, extract, or interact with the Platform except through officially documented APIs and only with our prior written authorization. This includes any tool that generates search requests, parses pricing data, or harvests travel availability at a rate exceeding normal human browsing behavior.
You may not collect, copy, index, store, or redistribute pricing information, search results, route data, hotel availability, or any other content from the Platform for commercial purposes. This includes building competing products, populating price comparison tools, or supplying data to third parties for any form of remuneration.
You may not provide false, stolen, or fabricated identity information, passport details, or payment credentials at any point during the account registration or booking process. All personal and travel document data submitted to the Platform must belong to you or to a traveler whose details you are legally authorized to provide.
You may not use stolen or compromised payment instruments, initiate transactions with the intent to reverse them through chargeback abuse, or attempt to exploit technical delays in our payment or booking systems to obtain services without valid payment. Any attempt to manipulate our pricing systems, currency conversions, or promotional codes is strictly forbidden.
You may not attempt to probe, scan, test, or exploit any security vulnerability in our authentication systems, network infrastructure, API endpoints, databases, or encryption layers. You may not conduct or facilitate denial of service attacks, man in the middle attacks, session hijacking, or any attempt to intercept or alter communications between your device and our servers.
You may not introduce or distribute viruses, trojans, ransomware, worms, or any other software designed to damage, intercept, or covertly access data processed by the Platform or stored in our systems.
Each person may hold one registered account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits, referral restrictions, free trial terms, or any other platform rule. Accounts used for testing or development purposes require our written approval.
You may not create fake accounts, use automated methods to simulate referrals, or engage in any scheme designed to artificially inflate your referral commission earnings. Referral rewards are intended for genuine introductions of new users to the platform.
You may not resell, sublicense, white label, or otherwise commercialize access to the Platform or its features without our express written consent. This includes operating a travel agency business through a single personal Yellsy account on behalf of paying clients.
You may not impersonate Yellsy LLC, its employees, support staff, or other users of the Platform, whether in communications with us, with other users, or in any public forum.
You may not use the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, human trafficking, or any other activity that is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law. You may not use the Platform to process transactions on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities.
You may not use proxies, virtual private networks, Tor exit nodes, or similar tools specifically to bypass geographic access restrictions, rate limits, or fraud detection measures applied by the Platform. General personal use of privacy tools is not prohibited unless used for the purposes listed above.
5. Content and Communication Standards
When interacting with our platform through any communication channel (including our automated booking assistant, support forms, or any message field), you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully. The following types of content are prohibited in any submission to the Platform:
Hateful or discriminatory content
Material targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Threatening or abusive language
Content designed to intimidate, harass, or harm any person, including Yellsy staff or other users.
Sexually explicit content
Graphic or pornographic material of any kind is not permitted on the Platform in any form.
Misinformation and deceptive content
False statements about travel conditions, providers, or Yellsy itself that could mislead other users or harm our reputation.
Spam and unsolicited promotion
Mass commercial messages, affiliate links, or promotional content not authorized by Yellsy LLC.
Social engineering attempts
Content designed to manipulate our support staff or automated systems into disclosing credentials, bypassing security checks, or taking unauthorized actions.
Yellsy LLC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to take enforcement action against the account responsible, up to and including permanent termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, search algorithms, pricing logic, user interface designs, written content, trademarks, and data structures that form the Yellsy platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Yellsy LLC or its licensors. Nothing in your use of the Platform grants you any ownership right, license to reproduce, or permission to exploit any of these assets beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal use of the service.
Yellsy LLC's name, logo, and platform design are protected trademarks. You may not use them in any context without our prior written consent, including in any promotional, comparative, or satirical material.
Travel data displayed on the Platform (including pricing, availability, and itinerary details) is sourced from third party providers and is subject to their own intellectual property terms. You may not aggregate, republish, or commercially exploit this data beyond what is visible in your own booking confirmations.
7. Account Responsibility and Security
Your account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bookings made using your stored preferences and payment methods. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately at contact@yellsy.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Yellsy LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. Where we detect unusual activity on your account, we may temporarily suspend access and require you to verify your identity before restoring it. This is a security measure, not a punitive one, and we will communicate clearly when this occurs.
You may not share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access your account. If you are traveling with others, each adult traveler who wishes to use the platform independently must hold their own account.
8. Responsible Disclosure
We take the security of our platform and our users' data seriously. If you discover a genuine security vulnerability in the Platform, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly before making any public disclosure.
How to report a vulnerability
- →Email contact@yellsy.com with the subject line: Security Disclosure
- →Describe the vulnerability clearly, including steps to reproduce it
- →Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it
- →Do not access, alter, or delete any user data in the course of your research
- →Give us at least thirty (30) days to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure
We do not currently operate a formal bug bounty program, but we are genuinely grateful for responsible disclosures and will acknowledge all valid reports.
9. Platform Availability
Yellsy LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and performance of the Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency security patching, or due to circumstances beyond our control, including outages at our third party infrastructure providers.
We will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible. Temporary unavailability of the Platform does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle you to a subscription refund, except where an outage extends for a continuous period of more than seventy-two (72) hours without prior notice, in which case you may request a prorated credit at our discretion.
10. Enforcement
We monitor usage patterns, search request rates, and transactional behavior to detect violations of this policy. Where a violation is identified, we follow a graduated enforcement approach that is proportional to the severity of the conduct. Serious violations such as fraud, security attacks, or identity theft may result in immediate action without prior warning.
Where your account is suspended or terminated, you may submit a written appeal within fourteen (14) calendar days to contact@yellsy.com explaining why you believe the action was taken in error. We will review all appeals fairly and respond within ten (10) business days.
11. Reporting Violations
If you believe that another user is violating this policy, or if you have identified a security concern on the Platform, please report it to us. We investigate all reports in confidence and take appropriate action where a violation is confirmed.

If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel your account before the effective date without penalty.
