Your payment triggers an automated mandate that injects your booking data into live provider systems in real time. Here is exactly what happens next.

Clicking Pay Now on Yellsy does more than process a payment. It activates a full automated mandate: your authorization, your identity data, and your travel preferences are submitted simultaneously into the live systems of our booking partners. Here is exactly what unfolds behind the scenes.

The instant proxy mandate

By confirming payment, you authorize Yellsy LLC to act as your proxy and book on your behalf. This mandate is processed immediately. Within seconds, your booking data is transmitted to the relevant provider: Duffel or Amadeus for flights, Hotelbeds for the hotel component, and our transfer partner for airport coordination. Each of these API calls happens in a coordinated sequence, not sequentially.

Real-time API injections

Your personal details (name, passport reference, contact information) are pushed directly into the provider booking manifests in real time. The airline's passenger name record (PNR) is created immediately, and the hotel reservation is confirmed simultaneously. This means your booking exists in the provider's system within minutes of your payment, not hours.

Receiving your mobile boarding passes and digital vouchers

  • Your e-ticket and booking reference are emailed within minutes of airline confirmation
  • Hotel and transfer vouchers appear in your dashboard under Documents
  • Mobile boarding passes can be downloaded from your e-ticket or the airline's app using your PNR
  • All documents are available permanently in your Yellsy dashboard for future access

The API discrepancy protocol

In rare cases, a provider may reject a booking submission immediately after your payment is captured. This happens when a seat or room becomes unavailable in the milliseconds between Yellsy querying and submitting. If this occurs:

  • Your full payment is refunded automatically within 24 hours
  • You receive an immediate email notification with a full explanation
  • No fee or partial charge is retained by Yellsy
  • Your price alert resumes monitoring for the next available opportunity
