How long does booking confirmation take?
Most bookings confirm within 30 minutes. Complex itineraries may take up to 4 hours. You will receive an email the moment confirmation arrives.
Booking confirmation time depends on the airline and the complexity of your itinerary. Yellsy submits bookings instantly, but airlines process and confirm at their own speed.
Typical confirmation timelines
- •Point-to-point flights with major airlines: usually under 30 minutes
- •Low-cost carriers with separate ticketing systems: up to 2 hours
- •Multi-segment or codeshare itineraries: up to 4 hours
- •Bookings requiring manual queue processing: may take up to 24 hours in rare cases
What to do while waiting
Your booking will appear in your dashboard under Pending Bookings as soon as it is submitted. You do not need to take any action. Yellsy will email you the moment your ticket is confirmed, at which point the e-ticket is also available in the Documents section of your dashboard.
If you have not received confirmation after 6 hours, please contact support via live chat so we can check the status directly with the airline.
