Can I modify my booking?
Modification depends on the fare type. Flexible fares allow changes; most economy fares are non-changeable. Submit a request from your dashboard.
Whether your booking can be modified depends on the fare type purchased and the airline's own policy. Yellsy acts as an intermediary and can request changes on your behalf.
Modification types and eligibility
- •Date change: available on flexible and semi-flexible fares, usually subject to a fee
- •Name correction (typo): most airlines allow minor corrections within 24 hours of booking
- •Name change (different passenger): rarely permitted and may require rebooking
- •Seat assignment: can often be changed directly on the airline's website using your booking reference
- •Upgrade: subject to availability and airline policy
How to request a modification
- 1.Go to your dashboard and select the booking you want to change
- 2.Click Request modification and describe what you need
- 3.Yellsy will contact the airline and provide a response within 4 hours
- 4.If a fee applies, you will be asked to approve before any change is made
