🔒 Trust & Safety
Are bookings guaranteed?
Once your e-ticket is issued, your booking is confirmed with the airline. In the rare event a booking fails, your hold is fully released.
A confirmed Yellsy booking is as solid as any direct airline booking. Once your e-ticket is issued, you hold a confirmed reservation with the airline under your name.
Signs that your booking is confirmed
- •You received a booking confirmation email from booking@yellsy.com
- •Your booking reference (PNR) is shown in your dashboard under Active Bookings
- •Your e-ticket (PDF) is available in the Documents section
- •The airline can find your booking using your booking reference on their website
What happens if a booking cannot be completed?
In rare cases, a booking may fail after the authorization hold is placed. In these situations:
- •The authorization hold is released immediately — no charge is made
- •You receive an email explaining what happened
- •Your price alert continues monitoring for the next matching fare
- •You can also contact support to review your options
📧
Always keep your confirmation email. Airlines require your booking reference for any flight-day issues, seat requests, or upgrades.
