The Yellsy platform rules: what is and is not allowed
Yellsy is built for genuine travel curation. Misuse of the platform, including scraping, fake accounts, or fraud, carries immediate consequences.
The Yellsy platform is a professional travel service built on trust between our users, our booking partners, and our team. To protect that trust, we have clear rules about how the platform may and may not be used.
What Yellsy is designed for
- •Searching and booking genuine personal and business travel
- •Setting and managing price alerts for legitimate travel plans
- •Managing travel documentation and itineraries in your dashboard
- •Participating in the Partner Program to refer genuine new users
- •Interacting with our support team to resolve real booking issues
Prohibited behaviors
The following actions violate Yellsy's Acceptable Use Policy and will result in immediate account suspension, IP blocking, and potential legal proceedings:
- •Automated scraping or systematic extraction of pricing, availability, or route data
- •Creating fake or duplicate accounts to circumvent rate limits or gain unauthorized access
- •Submitting bookings for third parties without a legitimate proxy mandate
- •Generating artificial referral traffic or self-referrals to manipulate commission payments
- •Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with Yellsy's booking infrastructure
- •Using Yellsy's platform as a basis for building a competing data aggregation product
Fraud detection and account suspension
Yellsy's systems monitor platform behavior in real time. Anomalous patterns, including rapid sequential searches, unusual booking volumes, and known scraper signatures, are flagged automatically. Confirmed violations result in:
- •Immediate account suspension without prior notice
- •Cancellation of any pending bookings associated with the account
- •Permanent IP-level blocking of associated addresses
- •Recovery of any commissions earned through fraudulent referrals
- •Legal action for material damages where applicable
