Your Traveler Profile is the foundation of the Yellsy experience. It contains the legal and preference data our system uses to build and execute your comfort packages. Taking a few minutes to complete it accurately prevents issues at check-in and ensures every booking matches exactly what you need.

Step-by-step account registration

3. 3.Verify your email address using the confirmation link sent to your inbox
4. 4.Complete your Traveler Profile (identity, preferences, payment method)

The importance of accurate legal identifiers

Airlines match booking data against government-issued identity documents during check-in and security screening. If the name on your booking does not match your passport exactly (including middle names, accents, and spelling), you may be denied boarding. Yellsy uses the name and document number from your Traveler Profile directly when submitting reservations to airline systems, so accuracy here is not optional.

Secure identity storage

All sensitive fields in your Traveler Profile, including passport number, date of birth, and payment data, are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being written to our databases. Only the booking system accesses this data, only when a reservation is being submitted, and only for that purpose.
