    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Your delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. If your purchase exceeds $50 or the equivalent your package will be free shipping.

    How long will delivery take?

    On average, it takes 8-15 business days with the Standard Service and 3-7 business days with Express Service.

    After purchase you can request the express delivery service. Please accept an additional charge for express delivery.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    After submitting your payment details, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

    Sometimes you may be subject to additional verifications (Identity), to verify that you have placed the order correctly or if it is a hacking of your card

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    You can view all your past & present receipts by signing into your account. You can also see detailed order history by visiting: Your Account > View Order History.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    On the purchase page. Go to the Coupon Code section and enter your gift code and click to Apply.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    You have 30 days to return your purchase. For more information please refer to the return and refund page


    How is the recipient reimbursed?

    To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected], use the subject line "Return" and include the reason for the return.

    It is important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Yellsy and shipping costs will not be refunded. Once returned, we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

    We will ask you to send the item back to us, and once we have received it and checked that there are no signs of use (no makeup stains or damage) we will refund you.

    If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and you can expect the charges to be back in your account within 5-7 business days.

    Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

    Yes. However, we may change this policy at any time.

    Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

    We can ship to most countries and territories worldwide. If you live in a country with funny characters, you may want to write the name of your country of residence as you would like it to appear on the shipping label

    Please note that for security reasons you will be subject to additional checks.

    How can I return an item?

    We have two addresses for returns. Note that we may change the return address at any time, but please refer to the address we would ask you to send it when your return request has been approved.

    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    The picture you see is the actual item that you will receive when purchasing. All pictures are taken by professional photographers used by the manufacturer to display their product in it's best light for website use.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Due to the popularity of our most popular items, some are occasionally out of stock. We will restock these items at the earliest opportunity based on customer demand.
